Liverpool
legend Ian Rush believes Manchester City are the biggest threat to the
Anfield club's Premier League title challenge.
The Merseyside club currently lead the division after an incredible season that has left many surprised by their progress.
Brendan Rogers'
side are two points clear of second-placed Chelsea after playing 32
games but have City lurking just four points behind them with two games
in hand.
The
Etihad outfit face Southampton this weekend while Liverpool face West
Ham away on Sunday as they look to follow-up their comfortable 4-0 win
over Tottenham Hotspur last week.
Former Liverpool striker Rush thinks the title is between the three teams, with City still favourites to win the title.
"Man
City have to be the biggest threat," he told Sky Sports. "They have the
biggest squad - they have two top teams [they can select]. Chelsea are
still only two points behind so cannot be ruled out."
